SAFETY AND PROTECTIVE GLASS PACKETS

The safety of the glazing packet can be increased by using tempered glass and laminated glass. Tempered glass is thermally treated and then rapidly cooled, making it five times stronger than ordinary glass.

Tempered glass breaks into many small pieces. Tempered glass can also withstand higher loads than ordinary glass.

Laminated glass reduces the risk of injury if the human body collides with the glass and, in the event of breaking, the glass remains attached to the polymer (PVB) film.
